Using the E-Z 4 in 1
De-head your fish using the serrated edge.
Open the gut with the gut hook.
Scoop out the guts with the gut scoop.
Finally scale the fish putting your hand inside it and scaling towards yourself.
Fry it up your fish using your favorite breading.
Now you have a fish with skin, fins and bones.
Just like Grandpa did it
Using the Fin-clamp remove the top & bottom fin, just place it onto the fin and pull.
Insert the Fish-pic into the fish where the dorsal fin had been, working it down along the rib cage removing the fillet from the rib cage. Repeat the same on the other side.
Using the side prong swipe it over your fillets checking for any bones you may have missed.
